My Sister

This is my sister Kerri Ann.This picture was taken last June.
She was diagnosed with cervical cancer earlier in the year.Having no insurance no one wanted to help her.Chemo,radiation lymph node removal(with cash up front) was all they told her and gave a year to live .This picture was taken in Scottsdale Arizona,she was showing off her new rings.If she knew that I posted this picture she would smack me!!Well she has traveled a very rough road..she chose alternative treatment and travels to Scottsdale to have her treatments once sometimes twice a week.(she pays for these with cash)Her cancer markers keep going up and no one knows why...but she looks the picture of health.If you did not know she has cancer you would never suspect it.

She has recently started cowboy shooting again..is remodeling her home and taking care of her family and their business.She wants to live long enough to see her oldest grandson Cooper graduate from high school.I hope she lives long enough to see all her grand children graduate and perhaps marry.

You can not change the past but you can go into the future with a new purpose.No we do not know what the future holds for any of us but we can take note here and learn to NOT get mad at some one and quit talking to one another. you may be loosing precious time.Unfortunately that's what we did...we can not make up lost time...but we can make future memories!!

I will keep you posted on her progression to being Cancer Free hopefully by the end of this year.
